Maintenance Technician 

Pay: Competitive, based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–5:00 PM; Friday, 5:00 AM–3:00 PM
Position: Full-Time

Looking for a dependable and mechanically inclined Maintenance Technician to help keep production equipment, machinery, and facility systems operating safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have hands-on maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative and routine maintenance on machinery and equipment

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and make necessary repairs

• Inspect equipment to identify potential problems before breakdowns occur

• Repair, replace, and adjust machine components as needed

• Assist with maintaining facility equipment and systems

• Use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely

• Respond to equipment breakdowns and maintenance requests

• Keep accurate records of maintenance and repairs

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines

• Work closely with production staff to minimize equipment downtime

• Perform other maintenance duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous maintenance or industrial maintenance experience preferred

• Mechanical and troubleshooting skills

• Basic electrical knowledge preferred

• Ability to use hand and power tools

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Ability to work a physically demanding schedule

• Must be willing to work the listed schedule
