QA Automation Engineer - Banking Domain

Roles and Responsibilities - Design, develop, and execute automation test frameworks using Java Selenium for Web and Mobile applications.
- Perform functional, regression, and manual testing to ensure application quality.
- Create Test Plans, Test Strategy documents, and Test Reports.
- Manage defect lifecycle, conduct defect triage calls, and track testing progress using Rally.
- Collaborate with client and offshore teams to ensure timely delivery and quality assurance.
- Drive product quality across Mobile, Web, and Generative AI applications.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.

- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with Rally and defect lifecycle management
