Facilities Maintenance Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 20.00 to $ 30.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)

• Perform general building and facility maintenance, repairs, and upkeep.
• Handle carpentry, painting, masonry, plumbing, electrical, roofing, and welding tasks.
• Troubleshoot equipment and facility issues and determine effective repairs.
• Order maintenance supplies, maintain records, and schedule routine maintenance.
• Ensure the facility remains safe, functional, clean, and well-maintained.

Facilities Maintenance Qualifications:

• Previous experience in general manufacturing, building maintenance, or facilities maintenance preferred.
• Skilled in carpentry, painting, masonry, plumbing, electrical, roofing, and welding.
• Strong troubleshooting, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills for diagnosing maintenance issues.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills, including maintaining records and ordering supplies.
• Must be physically able to lift and move equipment, stand or walk for extended periods, and work in hot or cold conditions.
