Sales Engineer
The Sales Engineer will serve as a technical expert, bridging the gap between our product offerings and specific needs of our clients.
What You'll Do
- Translate technical features into business benefits for customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and tailor product demonstrations accordingly
- Address technical questions and concerns raised by potential clients
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at customer organizations
- Gain deep understanding of Simpro product and technical intricacies
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive offerings
- Identify customer pain points and propose solutions that align with our offering
- Gather feedback from customers and share insights with the product development team to influence product enhancements
