About The Role Design at Revolut is all about balancing that sense of creativity with a deep attention to detail. We're looking for a Graphic Designer to drive brand processes and projects from discovery to delivery. The decisions you make will be powered by a profound understanding of our customers and their interests. What You'll Be Doing Leading the development and evolution of documentation, design systems, and brand guidelines Shaping high-quality visual assets and motion design that bring the brand to life across channels Partnering closely with Product, Marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders to define creative solutions that support business and project goals Directing the creation of design references, mood boards, scamps, storyboards, and animatics to clearly communicate concepts and creative intent Owning projects end to end, from concept through delivery, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment at every stage Managing multiple priorities and deadlines across parallel workstreams while maintaining a high standard of execution What You'll Need 6+ years of experience as a graphic or brand designer, ideally in fast-moving, brand-led environments A strong track record of building and evolving brand systems across campaigns, products, or businesses A standout portfolio showing strategic thinking, creativity, and polished execution across visual design, motion, editorial, digital, and social formats Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud and prototyping tools such as Figma Experience leading design projects independently, with the ability to mentor and coordinate other designers, motion specialists, or 3D artists as needed Strong judgment, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to influence stakeholders and guide creative direction Building a global financial super app isn’t enough.
