Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented ERP Business Analyst to optimize, integrate, and manage the enterprise resource planning systems that support LockedIn AI’s rapidly growing operations. This is a systems-and-process role where you will bridge business needs and technical implementation. You will ensure that core operational workflows—finance, subscriptions, procurement, reporting, and cross-functional processes—are efficient, automated, and scalable. You will own the analysis and optimization of ERP systems, working closely with finance, operations, engineering, and leadership teams to ensure seamless business execution. What You’ll Do Business Process Analysis & Optimization Map and document end-to-end business processes across finance, operations, and subscriptions Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities Conduct gap analysis between current and future state workflows Design scalable, optimized operational processes for a fast-growing SaaS business Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to align requirements and priorities ERP System Configuration & Management Configure and maintain ERP modules for finance, billing, procurement, and reporting Manage workflows including approvals, expense management, invoicing, and subscriptions Maintain chart of accounts, cost centers, and role-based permissions Support SaaS billing flows including upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations Ensure accurate revenue recognition and financial tracking Requirements Gathering & Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with finance, operations, engineering, and leadership teams Translate business needs into functional specifications and system requirements Facilitate requirement workshops and system design sessions Act as the bridge between business users and technical teams System Integration & Data Management Design integrations between ERP and business systems (CRM, Stripe, analytics, HR tools) Ensure data consistency across systems through validation and reconciliation processes Manage data flows for subscriptions, revenue, and operational metrics Support data migration and system upgrade initiatives Reporting & Business Intelligence Build dashboards and reports for finance and operations teams Track key SaaS metrics including MRR, ARR, churn, LTV, and revenue performance Automate reporting workflows to reduce manual effort Support financial close processes and audit readiness Testing, Training & Change Management Develop and execute ERP testing plans (UAT, regression, integration testing) Create documentation, training materials, and user guides Support change management during system updates and process improvements Maintain clear and structured system documentation Required Qualifications Experience 3+ years of experience as an ERP Business Analyst or systems analyst Experience configuring and managing ERP systems in production environments Strong experience gathering requirements and managing stakeholder needs Cross-functional experience with finance, operations, and engineering teams Startup or high-growth environment experience preferred Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field ERP certifications (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics) are a plus Technical Skills Strong experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, etc.) Experience with workflow automation and system configuration Basic SQL skills for data validation and reporting Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.) Understanding of SaaS metrics (MRR, ARR, churn, LTV, ASC 606) Experience with APIs, integrations, and middleware tools (Workato, Zapier, MuleSoft, etc.) Mindset & Soft Skills Strong process-oriented and systems-thinking approach Excellent communication and documentation skills Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities Self-starter with ownership of end-to-end system improvements Preferred Qualifications Hands-on NetSuite administration experience (SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, Saved Searches) Experience with subscription billing tools (Stripe, Chargebee, Recurly) Knowledge of revenue recognition automation (ASC 606) Experience supporting SOC 2 audits or compliance processes Familiarity with AI-powered automation tools for business systems Experience in SaaS, EdTech, or Career Tech environments Startup or early-stage company experience What We Offer Equity - Meaningful early-stage equity—become a core owner of LockedIn AI.
