Oracle Cloud ERP Techno-Functional Analyst

Role: Oracle Cloud ERP Techno-Functional Analyst Location: Long Island City, NY Duration: Indefinite Job Description: Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and support Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations between Oracle Fusion ERP and enterprise applications, third-party systems, banks, and external vendors. Develop and maintain inbound/outbound integrations using REST, SOAP, ERP Cloud Adapters, File Adapters, FTP/SFTP, and business events. Design, develop, and support reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions using OTBI, BI Publisher, Fusion Data Models, and SQL. Develop and support data conversion and data migration solutions using FBDI, ADFDI, and spreadsheet loaders. Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solution designs. Configure Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP modules, including Financials, Procurement, and Projects, to support business processes and system enhancements. Create technical design documents, integration specifications, mapping documents, and deployment plans. Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, integration, and reporting issues across Oracle Fusion ERP environments. Develop and support Fusion extensions, workflows, approvals, and process automation initiatives. Coordinate and execute SIT, UAT, and regression testing for integrations, reports, and ERP enhancements. Support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates by performing impact analysis and validation of custom integrations and reports. Collaborate with business users, architects, DBAs, middleware teams, and managed service providers to implement enterprise solutions. Provide production support, root‑cause analysis, and break/fix resolution for Oracle Fusion ERP and OIC‑related issues. Lead small‑to‑medium technical enhancement initiatives from requirements gathering through deployment. Required Qualifications 5+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP experience with a strong technical and integration background. Hands‑on experience supporting Oracle Fusion Financials, Procurement, and Projects modules. Proven experience configuring and supporting Oracle Fusion Financials, Procurement, and Projects modules. Experience designing and supporting BPM approval workflows for requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, supplier onboarding, and financial transactions. App‑Driven Integrations Scheduled Integrations REST APIs SOAP Web Services File‑Based Integrations Business Events Error Handling and Monitoring Experience designing and developing interfaces between Oracle Fusion and third‑party applications. Strong expertise in BI Publisher, OTBI, Fusion Data Models, and reporting development. Advanced SQL skills with experience in data analysis, reconciliation, and troubleshooting. Experience with Oracle Fusion data migration tools including FBDI and ADFDI. Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP architecture, security roles, and application framework. Functional knowledge of Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P), Record‑to‑Report (R2R), Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Project Accounting. Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and preparing functional and technical specifications. Knowledge of Oracle E‑Business Suite (EBS) environments and Fusion migration projects. Experience supporting production environments, system stabilization, and enhancement initiatives. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage both technical teams and finance business users. Preferred Qualification Experience with Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VB Studio), Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), or Oracle APEX. Experience developing Fusion extensions and customizations using Oracle PaaS technologies. Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle Integration Cloud certifications. Experience with SCM Cloud, HCM Cloud, EDMCS, or EPM integrations. Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD deployment practices, and Oracle Cloud release management. Experience working within Agile/Scrum project environments.
