Location: NYC NY 10002
On-site/Remote/Hybrid: Onsite
Duration: 12 Months Work Hours: 37.5 Hours/Week.
Interview Process: 1-2 Rounds
Note: Needs to be a local candidate only.
General Information
- Analyze and maintain the Clients Information Technology asset management database to ensure accurate tracking of computer-related assets.
- Review departmental inventories; evaluate and refine asset management processes and procedures; research new hardware parts and models; prepare and distribute scheduled reports; and analyze asset maintenance and lifecycle costs.
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement asset management systems and modules to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
- Support the deployment of enterprise IT projects, including the State of Good Repair (SOGR) initiative, a large-scale program focused on replacing or upgrading iPhones and iPads that are over five (5) years old or incompatible with the iOS 18 update.
- Coordinate with multiple departments to assess inventories, deploy new devices, collect retired equipment, and update ServiceNow records.
