PRST is seeking a skilled, motivated, and detail-oriented Landscape Technician to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced landscaping professional who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. You'll work on stunning, high-end custom homes throughout the Peninsula, helping transform outdoor spaces into beautifully finished landscapes that homeowners can enjoy for years to come. WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Perform high-quality landscape maintenance, including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
• Plant, water, and maintain flowers, shrubs, trees, and other landscape materials
• Perform seasonal pruning of roses, fruit trees, and other plants
• Apply organic fertilizers and other approved landscape treatments
• Manage water-efficient smart irrigation systems
• Install and maintain pavers and other landscape features
• Perform light landscape construction
• Safely operate commercial lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, hand tools, and power equipment
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Follow all job-site safety procedures, including proper handling of tools, equipment, and chemicals
• Ensure completed work meets client expectations, contracts, and company quality standards
• Communicate project progress with management
• Provide professional and courteous customer service to homeowners and clients
• Work effectively as part of a team and take initiative when completing assigned projects

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate is a reliable landscaping professional who takes pride in their work and pays close attention to detail.

• 18 yrs old min. Valid RIGHT TO WORK documents to work in the U.S.
• 4+years of experience in professional landscape maintenance or related fields preferred
• Previous education in Horticulture or equivalent experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and practices
• Familiarity with commonly used landscaping hand and power tools
• Ability to safely operate commercial landscaping equipment
• Ability to perform physically demanding work and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Dependable, professional, and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
