Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Pulmonary Physician to join our client's large healthcare organization. The primary responsibility is to manage front desk operations efficiently, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process for patients while maintaining a friendly and timely approach.


Key Responsibilities

• Check Out
• Check In
• Scanning Insurance cards
• Answering Phones (75-90 calls per day)
• Working on the computer and EMR software
• Follow Up with patients
• Manage a flow of 40 - 120 patients per day

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of medical front desk experience
• Friendly and hardworking character
• Timely and willing to take on tasks proactively
• Experience with insurance eligibility is preferred

Additional Requirements


This position requires occasional travel to cover for sick employees at a different location, with mileage reimbursement provided.
