Litigation Associate Attorney A growing plaintiff-side litigation firm is seeking a motivated Litigation Associate Attorney A growing plaintiff-side litigation firm is seeking a motivated Litigation Associate Attorney to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to build courtroom and litigation experience in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment. Prior plaintiff-side experience is not required , though experience in personal injury litigation on either the plaintiff or defense side is preferred. Responsibilities Manage personal injury litigation matters from inception through resolution. Develop case strategy and evaluate legal issues. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents. Conduct written discovery, depositions, and witness preparation. Attend hearings, mediations, and court proceedings. Assist with trial preparation and participate in trial as needed. Maintain regular communication with clients and provide exceptional client service. Collaborate with attorneys and staff to achieve successful case outcomes. Qualifications Active license to practice law in Texas. Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Experience handling litigation matters, including motion practice and discovery. Excellent courtroom advocacy and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment. Personal injury litigation experience (plaintiff or defense) is preferred but not required. Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus. Compensation & Benefits Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 annually (based on experience). Performance-based bonus opportunities. Health, dental, and vision insurance. Paid time off.
