What You’ll Do Analyze, inspect, and repair CNC machinery using precision test equipment Troubleshoot and correct complex mechanical and electrical issues Perform installations, alignments, rebuilds, and major overhauls Disassemble, tag, repair, and reassemble machine tool components Coordinate and complete service calls independently Assist and train other technicians as you grow into a leadership role Maintain clean, organized work standards that reflect true craftsmanship Work directly with operators, production teams, OEMs, and internal technical experts (Scraping/fitting experience? Great. Not required—just adds to your value.)
