Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner - Fee For Service

Position Overview Thriveworks is seeking Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners licensed in Michigan to provide telemedicine care for clients with mental health conditions across a diverse population. The position is a Fee-for-Service (W2) role with a competitive annual salary ranging from $130,000 to $187,000 based on 25-35 clinical hours per week. Clinicians are eligible for a ramp stipend when working 30+ hours per week. Key Responsibilities Provide psychiatric assessments and evaluations via telemedicine. Prescribe medication to reduce mental health symptoms as needed. Create and collaborate on care plans with clients. Complete and administer appropriate paperwork and assessment tools. Adhere to Thriveworks' Clinical Practice Guidelines. Consult with Regional Clinic Directors and staff on clients, programs, and services at various sites. Work with clients aged 14 and older. Qualifications Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with Board Certification. Master’s degree in Nursing with active prescriptive authority in Michigan. 1 year of psychiatric practice required; three years of experience is a plus. Understanding of AdvancedMD (AMD) EMR is a plus. Clinicians must be licensed and living in the state where they practice. Benefits Fully Remote. Remote Medical Assistants.
