This role is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility while serving in our Community Health Clinic model. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify the needs and strengths of children and families.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), tailoring strategies to meet the unique needs of each child.

• Regularly monitor and assess treatment outcomes to ensure alignment with best practices and desired developmental milestones.
\n
• Provide families with essential support and resources, equipping them with skills and knowledge to enhance their child's growth and development.
\n
• Employ evidence-based practices in fostering a natural learning environment, adapting your approach to suit each child's learning style.

• Work closely with multidisciplinary team members, including educators and therapists, to create a cohesive support network around each child.

• Uphold all Federal and State regulations pertaining to social work and early intervention services, maintaining compliance and high ethical standards.

• Deliver consistent guidance to families, emphasizing the importance of participation in their child's developmental processes.

• Utilize specialized tools and methodologies applicable to early childhood development and intervention practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role centers around serving children, particularly infants and toddlers experiencing disabilities or developmental delays. Your expertise will empower these young individuals and their families as they navigate potential challenges during the critical first three years of life. By building trusting relationships with families, you will help create a supportive environment that promotes developmental growth and emotional well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure by the Department of Public Health, with a valid LCSW designation.

• A minimum of one year of experience working with children in early intervention settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
