Business Development Representative

We're in search of a Business Development Representative to join our team in the disaster restoration sector. With a focus on multifamily and commercial properties post-natural disasters, our company specializes in providing comprehensive solutions to minimize disruption for tenants and income loss for clients. Job Function Generate new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships. Act as a crucial link between clients and our organization, ensuring top-notch service delivery. Meet sales targets through strategic planning and execution. Conduct educational programs to enhance sales in commercial sectors. Represent the company at industry events and networking functions. Develop strategic sales/marketing plans for clients. Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities in our CRM system. Job Requirement At least 3 years of outside sales experience, preferably in industries like property management, hospitality, healthcare, and industrial facilities. Proficiency in various sales techniques and active involvement in industry associations. Strong relationship-building skills, with a focus on nurturing long-term client relationships. Excellent organizational abilities, including proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Self-motivated with the ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team. Possession of a valid driver's license for client visits and events. Availability to attend networking functions in the evenings. Offer Competitive salary with uncapped commission potential.
