Key Responsibilities The Regional Business Development Executive is a senior, quota‑carrying sales role responsible for driving new revenue and expansion across a defined territory of automotive dealers, dealer groups, and strategic partners. The role acts as an evangelist for DAS Technology, leveraging deep industry relationships to represent the brand, share our vision, and expand adoption of our solutions across the retail automotive ecosystem. Externally, the executive provides communications, best practices and product knowledge to clients and prospects through social media, speaking events, conferences, webinars, and videos. Internally, the role may mentor new sales representatives and serve as the product knowledge expert for internal clients. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, results‑oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, competitive environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities. The candidate demonstrates executive presence, composure under pressure, and leads by example in both activity and professionalism. Other Duties The Regional Business Development Executive performs other duties as necessary for the effective execution of the role as delegated by senior sales leaders. Position Goal Drive revenue growth through new business development and expansion – including customer acquisition, lead generation, and prospect management – while collaborating with Client Success to deliver an excellent client experience and generate upsell and referral opportunities. Qualifications 7+ years of demonstrated sales skills and a consistent track record of exceeding quota. Proficiency with standard corporate productivity tools (MS Office, email, etc.) and CRMs; Microsoft Dynamics proficiency is a plus.
