Senior SAP BASIS Consultant

Role: Senior SAP BASIS Consultant Location: Alpharetta, Georgia Hybrid - 3 days onsite in a week The SAP BASIS Consultant will be responsible for the administration monitoring support and optimization of SAP landscapes The role ensures high availability performance and security of SAP systems while supporting business operations and project requirements Key Responsibilities
• Administer monitor and support SAP systems across landscapes DEV QA PRD
• Perform system installations upgrades kernel patches and support pack implementations
• Manage transport management system TMS and coordinate transports across environments
• Perform daily BASIS operational activities including
• System monitoring
• Background job monitoring
• Database growth monitoring
• User administration and authorization support
• Plan and execute backup and restore strategies
• Handle system refreshes client copies and system migrations
• Ensure system availability performance tuning and capacity planning
• Coordinate with functional development and infrastructure teams
• Troubleshoot SAP system issues and work with SAPvendor support when required
• Maintain system documentation and operating procedures
• Support audits security reviews and compliance requirements
