If you are someone who demonstrates initiative, adaptability, and innovation, we invite you to join our team.This role will be based in our Atlanta, Miami, Orlando, Phoenix or West Palm Beach office on a hybrid basis and will work in coordination with the Director of Marketing and Client Management as well as the Senior Business Development Manager.Position SummaryThe Client Survey and Compliance Specialist will support strategy and execution of firmwide client survey responses, team processes and other initiatives. This position will work collaboratively with, and as an integral part of the firm's client management team.Key ResponsibilitiesPartners with members of the marketing and business development department, client management team, attorneys, and other firm teams to strategically manage and respond to client surveys and questionnaires in a client centric mannerManages the end-to-end process of responding to client surveys and questionnaires, including participating in strategy sessions, and coordinating timely, accurate responses to due diligence questionnaires, third-party risk assessments, vendor surveys, vendor onboarding requests, and other compliance related inquiriesServes as a central point of coordination across internal stakeholders to collect, review, and validate information needed to complete client-driven requestsAnalyzes client requests to identify trends, recurring questions, and opportunities to improve response efficiency and consistency.Supports client management initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance client service, communication, and operational efficiencyBuilds strong and cooperative relationships with other departments that contribute to client surveys, such as accounting, the Office of General Counsel, IT, Human Resources, and othersEnsures responses comply with the client survey requirements and Greenberg Traurig standardsMonitors evolving client requirements and industry trends related to outside counsel guidelines and supplier complianceAssists with special projects and firmwide initiatives related to client relationships, client operations, and business developmentMaintains and captures custom content in the firm's proposal development systemQualificationsSkills & CompetenciesSelf-starter and team player, able to accept direction, yet work independentlyExcellent prioritization and time management skills with strong attention to detailAbility to function in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple complex projects on a daily basis, and adjust to shifting priorities.Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oralAbility to collaborate and gain the respect, trust, and confidence of the Firm's attorneys and professional staff.Education & Prior ExperienceBachelor's degree requiredMinimum of five years of marketing and business development experience at a law firm or other professional services firm, with proven experience responding to client surveys and proposalsTechnologyAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and OutlookApplies practical, hands-on experience with generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar platforms) to support a range of professional and managerial tasks, including drafting, summarizing, brainstorming, and organizing content; consistently applies sound judgment when reviewing AI-generated work product and maintains full accountabilities for all final outputsAbility to craft well-structured prompts that clearly define objectives, supply relevant context, and guide AI tools toward producing useful, accurate, and appropriate results; consistently refines and iterates on prompts to enhance output quality, increase productivity, and drive greater efficiencyModels responsible AI use for team members, reinforcing expectations related to confidentiality, data privacy, and appropriate human oversightDemonstrates working knowledge of governance considerations, including ethical use and risk awareness, and adapts to emerging AI and related technologiesGT is an EEO employer with an inclusive workplace committed to merit-based consideration and review without regard to an individual's race, sex, or other protected characteristics and to the principles of non-discrimination on any protected basis.
