Regional Marketing Specialist (Hybrid)

The POD Marketing Specialist aka Strategic Marketing Specialist performs ongoing tasks to support the POD (Points of Distribution) team in developing and executing marketing strategies for a subset of grouped properties.At Caesars Entertainment, Inc., our Team Members create the extraordinary. If you are ready to create some magic, we invite you to explore our dynamic, yet unique, career opportunities.Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field preferredOne-year previous Marketing experience within the Casino industry preferredComputer literate; experience working with Microsoft suite, Adobe and Workfront products a plus.Must be able to organize and maintain a wide variety of activities in a multi-tasking fast-paced environmentMinimum 21 years of ageADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:Excellent interpersonal, communication, team building, and problem-solving skills are requiredStrong organizational skills and attention to detailUnderstanding of business acumen necessary to troubleshoot and solve problems with moderate guidance from supervisorDemonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize activitiesMust successfully be able to present a vision and create advocatesAbility to be vocal with ideas and not afraid to present challenges to property partners, senior team, and their peer setAbility to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated businessThis is a hybrid position and requires three days in office each week at a domestic Caesars Entertainment propertyAct as a project owner for assigned marketing jobsManage project lifecycle from ideation to deployment in a timely mannerInitiate and expedite workflow process through Salesforce marketing process toolEnsure expenses for the event are within budget and strategic initiativesSet up guests’ criteria and offer values with manager/director guidance and can adjust templates based on their directionCoordinate with on-site marketing team to track execution of marketing activities and ensuring all execution issues resolvedTracking inputs and feedback from other marketing functions on calendar plansManage post event follow ups and reconcile expensesMake improvements to templates and processes and creates tools in support of business needsComplete execution details for assigned marketing jobsDevelop event and offer details for assigned marketing jobs in conjunction with property partners and POD leadershipSource and submit purchase orders for gifts/gift cards/cars needed for event executionHandle contracts with 3rd party vendorsDevelop and maintain basic relationships with vendors essential to completing the jobs both internal and externalManage communication messagingDraft value proposition and compelling copyReview, provide critical creative feedbackApprove marketing material based on factual job details and basic creative guidanceReview and proof direct mail and email jobs to ensure accuracy and content is correct prior to deploymentWork with peers within and across Pod teams to ensure collaboration and best practice sharing across PodsPod interfaces and interact with the following groups: Enterprise wide Property Events Team, Direct Mail Teams, Audit, Analytics, Property Senior MarketingLeaders, External Vendor Groups, Internal Service Groups, Studio, and BrandAll other duties as assigned.Full timePosting Date: 2026-08-25
