We leverage our functional expertise and creative excellence to build trust and loyalty for our brands through innovative marketing approaches and technology.We are looking for a Senior Corporate Social Media Manager to lead Expedia Group's (EG) corporate reputation and thought leadership strategy across our corporate-owned channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and our corporate website. This is a senior strategic role at the intersection of communications, content, and brand, one of the most visible and high-impact positions in our Corporate Communications team.You'll own the editorial vision for our most important corporate channels, shape how the world understands EG as a company, and build the programs that make our leaders, our people, and our work visible at scale. You'll partner closely with senior leaders, campaign leads across the business, and cross-functional stakeholders to tell a story that's as ambitious as the company itself.In this role, you will:Strategy and editorial leadershipOwn Expedia Group's corporate social media strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Including, but not limited to, the channel mandates, editorial voice, content architecture, and publishing cadenceDevelop and manage an editorial calendar aligned to Expedia Group's business priorities, key moments, and reputation goalsSet and uphold the standard for what great looks like — across format, quality, and impactIdentify and scope emerging channel opportunities, including executive thought leadership, content franchises, partnerships, and new platformsContent and storytellingCommission, brief, write, and shape content across formats: Reels, data carousels, employee stories, executive posts, and event coverageTranslate complex business news, product milestones, and leadership perspectives into compelling social contentPartner with creative teams, agency, and brand teams to produce content that meets EG's visual and editorial goals and standardsExecutive engagementWork with the Corporate and CEO communications teams to build an executive social program that supports Expedia Group's senior leaders in developing a credible, consistent LinkedIn presenceDevelop content frameworks and editorial support for individual leaders across key reputation themesCoach and advise leaders on social presence, tone, and thought leadershipCross-functional partnershipServe as the strategic lead connecting Corporate Communications, Paid Media, Technology, Product, People & Places, Sustainability, and the brand social teamsIntegrate the EG Newsroom to ensure corporate news is amplified with the right framing and timingWork with analytics and measurement teams to track performance and evolve the program based on what's workingExperience and qualifications:8-10+ years in corporate communications, social media strategy, or content marketing — with meaningful experience at a global company or agencyA track record of building or transforming a corporate social program, not just managing oneExperience developing executive social content and working directly with senior leadersStrong cross-functional experience in complex organizations with multiple stakeholdersBackground in travel, tech, or a similarly fast-moving industry is a plusExceptional writing: clear, pithy, and versatile across CEO LinkedIn posts, Instagram captions, and internal briefsStrategic instinct: you know the difference between content that earns attention and content that fills a calendarEditorial discipline: you think like a journalist, with a nose for the story and a clear sense of what belongsPlatform fluency: you understand how LinkedIn and Instagram work and stay current as they evolveData literacy: you read analytics, draw meaningful conclusions, and translate them into editorial decisionsStakeholder management: credible with executives, collaborative with peers, and clear with creative partnersThe total cash range for this position in Seattle is $155,000.00 to $217,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $248,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.The total cash range for this position in Beverly Hills is $155,000.00 to $217,000.00.
