This role is entirely remote, allowing you to work from any location while providing therapy services. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with us, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting diagnostic evaluations and offering short-term psychotherapy in a variety of modalities such as individual, family, and group therapy.

• Delivering interventions that include crisis management, skills training, couples therapy, and psychoeducation.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based practices to develop treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each client.

• Assessing and monitoring the mental health status of clients to determine the appropriate level of care.

• Participating in interdisciplinary team consultations to enhance treatment planning and client outcomes.

• Maintaining comprehensive documentation and records as per regulatory guidelines and organizational policies.

• Using our electronic health record system for billing, correspondence, and scheduling.

You will be serving a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families experiencing mental health challenges, dual-diagnosis disorders, and various emotional and behavioral issues. Our clients span different age groups and backgrounds, enabling you to apply a wide range of therapeutic approaches tailored to meet each individual's unique circumstances.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Valid licensure as a LMFT or Psy.D in the state of Florida.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing psychotherapy services in a clinical setting.

• Proficiency with telehealth technology and electronic health records.

Compensation and Benefits\n
