Job Description
The Greer Group has a great direct hire opportunity for a Night Shift Production Supervisor with injection molding experience. This position offers a 4-day work week on a night shift schedule and the opportunity to lead a high-performing manufacturing team.
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in an injection molding manufacturing environment
- Strong technical knowledge of injection molding processes, including:
- Mold changes
- Machine setup
- Process troubleshooting
- Quality troubleshooting
- Experience leading production teams and meeting production goals
- Understanding of inventory control and manufacturing operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Lead and support production employees on the night shift
- Ensure safety, quality, and production standards are met
- Coordinate machine setups, mold changes, and troubleshooting activities
- Drive continuous improvement and team performance
- Partner with maintenance, quality, and operations teams to achieve production goals
