Enterprise Implementation Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Enterprise Implementation Specialist based in United States. The Enterprise Implementation Specialist will be the first dedicated point of contact for customers after the sale, creating a welcoming and effective start to their journey. You will lead onboarding from setup and configuration through integrations, launch, and early adoption. The goal is to help customers go live quickly, typically within their first two weeks, while ensuring they feel confident using the solution. You will provide hands-on guidance, practical consultation, and proactive communication throughout the onboarding experience. Working within a collaborative Customer Experience and Support organization, you will partner closely with Sales, Product, Support, and Customer Success to remove friction and resolve issues. This remote role is well suited to a customer-focused professional who brings organization, empathy, urgency, and a genuine hospitality mindset. Accountabilities: - Serve as the primary host and point of contact during the customer onboarding journey, creating a welcoming and professional first experience. - Guide customers through setup, configuration, integrations, and early product usage with a hands-on and consultative approach. - Launch customers quickly, typically within their first two weeks, while maintaining a high standard of support and communication. - Remove onboarding friction, troubleshoot issues, and maintain momentum throughout implementation. - Stay engaged after launch to encourage adoption, usage, and practical best practices. - Maintain proactive, warm, clear, and professional communication with customers throughout onboarding and the early customer lifecycle. - Manage multiple customer implementations simultaneously while staying organized and responsive. - Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Support, and Customer Success to resolve issues and deliver a seamless customer experience. - Take ownership of customer outcomes and continuously look for ways to improve the onboarding experience. - Adapt implementation approaches as customer needs and priorities evolve.

Requirements: - 1–2 years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, customer success, hospitality, or another customer-facing role. - Strong customer-first mindset with a genuine hospitality orientation and commitment to creating positive experiences. - Excellent organization and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple customers and priorities simultaneously. - Strong sense of urgency and ownership, with the ability to move implementations forward efficiently. - Empathy, active listening, and the ability to understand and respond thoughtfully to customer needs. - Clear, warm, and professional written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment and adapt as customer requirements change. - Coachability and openness to feedback, with a strong willingness to learn and continuously improve. - Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Support, and Customer Success teams. - Experience with SaaS, restaurants, hospitality, or customer support is a plus. - Ability to work effectively in a remote environment. - Willingness to travel occasionally for company offsites.
