Shift Schedule 2nd Shift Monday through Thurs 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM Friday hours: 3pm - 8pm What You'll Do As a Production Assembly Associate, you'll work with die‑cast and purchased components to assemble quality products while supporting a safe and efficient production environment. Responsibilities include: Assemble parts according to work instructions and quality standards Operate assembly equipment and production tools Inspect products to ensure quality requirements are metMaintain a clean and safe work area Support production goals and team objectives Adapt to changing priorities and overtime opportunities as needed What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and quality Reliable attendance and work ethic Good hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity Ability to follow written instructions and work independently Ability to lift up to 35 pounds occasionally and 10-25 pounds frequently Must be at least 18 years old and able to work full‑time hours Why Join Deco Products?
