Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist at Fox Physical Therapy, you will work in a vibrant and collaborative atmosphere surrounded by fellow healthcare professionals who are as enthusiastic about patient care as you are. Our outpatient facility is well-equipped with the latest rehabilitation technology and therapeutic resources to best serve our patient population. This role offers a structured schedule with shifts from Monday to Thursday (3 PM - 7 PM) and a 4-hour day shift on Fridays, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and assessments to diagnose and treat patients with various physical conditions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with each patient's specific needs and goals, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic practices.
• Educate and engage patients and their caregivers on treatment modalities, self-management techniques, and preventative strategies to promote independence and recovery.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes, ensuring compliance with facility protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and nursing staff, to communicate patient needs and treatment responses effectively.
• Participate in program development, marketing initiatives, and community outreach efforts to enhance our referral base and growth strategy.
• Provide mentorship and oversight to physical therapy assistants and aides, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and adherence to treatment standards.

Qualifications

• Current State Physical Therapist license, ensuring compliance with state regulations and professional standards.

Compensation and Benefits

Our compensation package is competitive, with an annual salary range of USD 50,000 to 75,000, commensurate with experience.
