Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Outbound Sales Representative to join our dynamic Telesales team. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential clients through outbound calling efforts, building strong relationships, and identifying opportunities to meet their needs with our innovative solutions. Your enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, and consultative selling approach will drive growth and help expand our customer base. This position offers a chance to develop your sales expertise within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment committed to your professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospects, qualify them and transfer to Licensed Agents.
- Engage in consultative selling by understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions that add value.
- Use effective phone communication and warm calling techniques to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers.
- Handle objections, and close deals efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction post-sale.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or outbound calling.
- Strong negotiation skills combined with technical sales experience in technology or related fields.
- Knowledge of sales and call center best practices.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex solutions.
- Demonstrated success in deal closing and achieving sales targets through outbound efforts.
- Customer service orientation with the ability to handle client communication professionally and confidently.
