Associate Medical Director, Hospice and Palliative

Associate Medical Director, Hospice and Palliative (2290738) The team is looking for an Associate Medical Director to manage one of the hospice teams in the Las Vegas area. The role will also involve cross coverage for the palliative team, as well as seeing patients. Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities Monday through Friday schedule 8 am to 5 pm Seeing patients in different settings (home, facility, inpatient) as well as palliative cross coverage Managing a hospice team that may include physicians and APCs Minimal call once every third week Leading interdisciplinary teams weekly Compensation & Benefits Highlights Attractive base salary, sign on bonus, and quarterly bonus plan Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and life insurance, STD/LTD, professional liability, 401K with match, as well as PTO, 8 paid company holidays and one week of paid CME. Required Qualifications MD or DO Board Certified or Board Eligible, ideally certified in Hospice or Palliative Care; fellowship trained would be ideal Active and unrestricted license in NV, or ability to obtain prior to employment DEA license or ability to obtain prior to employment The salary range for this role is $269,500 to $425,500 annually based on full‑time employment. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
