Senior Clinical Project Associate

Relay Therapeutics seeks a Senior Clinical Project Associate to coordinate clinical trial operations, manage site activities, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role involves supporting study execution from initiation through closure while collaborating with CROs and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day clinical trial operations including site start-up, enrollment, monitoring, and supply logistics
- Coordinate with CRO and Clinical Operations Lead on planning from study initiation through closure
- Maintain study trackers, develop metrics, and prepare key study documentation
- Ensure Trial Master File compliance and lead inspection readiness activities
- Support audit and regulatory agency inspections by collaborating with sites and CROs on findings
Requirements
- 2-3 years clinical trial experience; CRO or Sponsor background strongly preferred
- Proficiency with GCP and ICH Guidelines in clinical trial conduct
- Self-motivated problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced biotech environments
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office products, particularly MS Project and Excel
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with meticulous attention to detail
Compensation: $69,000 - $99,000 base
