We are seeking an experienced and driven Sr. Editor, Post Producer to join our Creative Team reporting to the Production and Content Director. The Sr. Editor, Post Producer is the hands‑on engine behind Evolus video content. This role blends technical expertise, creative judgment, and strong storytelling to produce high‑quality videos across campaigns, social channels, events, and brand initiatives. You’ll manage the full post‑production pipeline, keep projects organized, and raise the bar for how Evolus shows up on screen. Essential duties and responsibilities Edit long‑form videos, promos, sizzles, interviews, and social content with clear narrative structure, strong pacing, rhythm, and cinematic, stylish visual quality. Build and design motion graphics, animations, logos, patterns, and dynamic visual elements. Handle color correction, audio mixing, sound design, and final delivery across platforms. Own and elevate our media management ecosystem, from organization and naming conventions to archival systems, and push iconik to new levels of performance and capability. Build and lead our post‑production tracking and workflow systems: define procedures, partner with the PM team, and act as the finishing producer who ensures every project and asset is organized, monitored, and delivered with precision. Help lead the adoption and implementation of AI tools to elevate our post‑production workflow and creative output. Identify workflow bottlenecks and propose practical improvements. Present ideas clearly to cross‑functional partners and represent the creative team when needed. Take feedback well, iterate quickly, and stay flexible when priorities shift. Stay current on editing software, AI tools, export standards, color workflows, and emerging production technologies. Collaborate with creative leadership to maintain a consistent visual language. Ensure all content meets platform‑specific quality standards (compression, aspect ratios, LUTs, export settings, etc.). Support shoots when needed: basic lighting, cameras, on‑set media management. Bring your own creative identity to the work; contribute ideas, challenge ours, and help push our content beyond what’s already out there. Be a strong storyteller who can shape clear, engaging narratives. Be highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite—especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Media Encoder— with interest or experience in DaVinci Resolve. Be comfortable designing motion graphics, animations, and visually compelling assets. Have a deep understanding of post‑production workflows from ingest to delivery. Be organized, detail‑driven, and reliable with media management and file systems. Be proactive about new tools, AI workflows, and ways to improve efficiency and quality. Be collaborative, low‑ego, and able to take direction while contributing your own ideas. Be able to work in a fast‑moving environment without sacrificing craft. Office Location – Newport Beach (hybrid onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Skills 5+ years of editing and post‑production experience (agency or in‑house). Strong portfolio showing storytelling, motion design, and polished execution. Experience with video across digital, social, events, and brand campaigns. Familiarity with media management platforms (Iconik is a plus). Understanding of brand consistency and how to translate strategy into content. Work effectively and collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and communicate clearly. Ability to work remotely with discipline and keep projects moving seamlessly from off‑site. Respect for diverse perspectives and a collaborative mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications Fashion, beauty, and/or pharma experience is a plus. Prior experience at a design and/or marketing agency. Experience in 3D design is a plus. Basic understanding of physical video production, cameras, lighting, and photography. Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, or equivalent. Compensation & Total Rewards This is an Exempt position. The expected pay range for this position is $104,700 – $131,000. You are eligible for an annual bonus compensation plan, terms and conditions apply. Your actual base salary will be determined on a case‑by‑case basis and may vary based on role‑relevant knowledge, skills, experience, education, geographic location, certifications, and more.
