Senior Manager, Global Commercial Insights - TEPEZZA - Hybrid

Amgen seeks a Senior Manager to lead commercial insights generation for TEPEZZA and support global commercialization strategy. The role requires synthesizing market research, competitive intelligence, and patient data to inform go-to-market decisions across the TED franchise pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Serve as subject matter expert on HCP, patient, and payer insights for the brand
- Synthesize market research, competitive intelligence, and secondary data into strategic recommendations
- Design and lead primary market research initiatives across product lifecycle phases
- Facilitate strategic workshops supporting clinical development and lifecycle management decisions
- Partner with commercial leadership to define priorities, budgets, and work plans for evolving business needs
Requirements
- Doctorate degree plus 2 years commercial insights or consulting experience
- Master's degree plus 4 years commercial insights or consulting experience
- Bachelor's degree plus 6 years commercial insights or consulting experience
- Demonstrated strategic thinking, business acumen, and ability to influence senior decisions
- Expertise in market research design, Jobs-to-Be-Done methodologies, and brand-building
- Strong data analysis, presentation skills, and ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Cross-functional collaboration skills and understanding of pharmaceutical market dynamics
