Oversee agency-wide scheduling and ensure client shifts are fully staffed. Monitor staffing levels, workforce capacity, and future hiring needs. Manage labor costs, overtime, and scheduling efficiency. Ensure compliance with all credentialing, training, and regulatory requirements. Develop and coach scheduling, recruiting, and staffing team members. Partner with leadership to support agency growth, client satisfaction, and operational excellence. Serve as the primary escalation point for urgent staffing and coverage issues. Qualifications Required 3+ years of experience in staffing, scheduling, recruiting, healthcare operations, or workforce management. Previous leadership or supervisory experience. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-focused environment. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and workforce management software. Preferred Home care, healthcare, senior care, or staffing industry experience. Experience managing caregiver scheduling and recruitment operations. Knowledge of labor management, retention strategies, and workforce analytics. About the Role The Staffing Manager is responsible for the overall workforce strategy and execution of the agency.
