\n \nABOUT US
\nFor over 70 years, Englewood has supplied and converted pressure-sensitive tapes for industrial production lines. Our technical team evaluates each application and recommends cost-competitive solutions. We build long-term customer relationships and give our reps the support to grow them.
\n \nTHE ROLE
\nWe're looking for a hunter: a self-driven seller whose primary focus is opening new accounts, and who is not afraid to be on the road. You'll build your own pipeline through cold calls, cold emails, and in-person visits, backed by leads from our marketing channels. You'll also inherit an established book of business in your territory to maintain and grow. Our customer service team handles day-to-day account support, so most of your time goes to winning new customers.
\n \nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
\n- Aggressively prospect new accounts across your assigned Southeast territory through cold calls, cold emails, and in-person visits
\n- Follow up on and qualify leads from our marketing channels
\n- Schedule on-site visits to identify which tapes prospects use and how they use them
\n- Create quotes, present tape solutions, and close new business
\n- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers in your territory
\n- Schedule quarterly on-site visits or Zoom meetings with existing customers
\n- Participate in monthly sales calls and product training
\n- Coordinate with internal teams for accurate order processing and on-time delivery
\n- Keep ACT CRM updated with customer and prospect contact history
\n \nCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
\n- $60K base salary, plus uncapped monthly commissions, with premium rates on new customers
\n- Mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate; all other travel expenses paid by the company
\n- Company-issued laptop

\n- Marketing-generated leads to supplement your own prospecting

\n \nQUALIFICATIONS
\n- Hunter mentality with a strong desire to open new accounts and grow territory revenue
\n- Must reside in North or South Carolina
\n- Comfortable with cold calling, cold emailing, and walk-in prospecting
\n- Comfortable spending most of the week on the road visiting customers and prospects
\n- Industrial, manufacturing, or distribution sales experience preferred, especially technical or engineered products
\n- Self-starter who can work independently and manage a territory to targets
\n- Strong presentation, relationship-building, and written and verbal communication skills
\n- Valid driver's license; willingness to travel, including overnight trips
\n- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
\n- Proficient with MS Office and ACT or similar CRM tools preferred.
$750 per week
