A privately owned dental specialty practice is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and reliable Front Office Administrator & Insurance and Scheduling Coordinator to support patient care, insurance and scheduling, and daily office operations. 

This is a central role on our team: You would be the first person to interact with patients over the phone and to welcome patients to our office. You would create and maintain our schedule, support patient financial coordination, and ensure every patient experience feels organized and complete from check-in to check-out. 

Daily Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Open front office
• Schedule and manage patient appointments
• Answer phones, emails, and patient inquiries in a professional and helpful manner
• Assist patients with billing, insurance, and financial questions
• Submit and manage insurance claims and follow up on outstanding issues
• Collect payments and maintain accurate patient account records
• Help establish and maintain rapport with referring offices
• Document correspondence with referring offices and patients
• Ensure the front office is organized, efficient, and welcoming

We are a newly established, 2-Doctor, privately owned dental specialty practice located on the border of Davenport and Bettendorf. We are committed to exceptional clinical care, creating a calm and caring environment for patients, and being a valuable resource for dentists in our community. Both doctors bring over 10 years of experience in specialized dentistry and as practice owners prior to relocating back home to Iowa to begin their dental practice. We are looking for a passionate individual who would love to be a part of our team and journey.
