Bilingual Case Manager & Family Support Advocate

Catholic Charities Community Services (CCCS) seeks a Case Manager/Family Development Coach to support families in Washington Heights. The role emphasizes engagement, planning and crisis intervention to help clients access shelter, food, and essential services. The position requires a bachelor’s or associate degree in human services with at least two years in social services and bilingual Spanish/English communication.
