Family Development Coach & Case Manager
Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of New York
Catholic Charities Community Services seeks a Case Manager/Family Development Coach to support families and individuals in need, providing engagement, assessment, service planning and crisis intervention. This full-time, non-exempt position at Alianza Dominicana Cultural Center in Washington Heights reports to the CM Site Supervisor and requires bilingual Spanish/English and experience in social services.
