**Years of Experience Required:** - 1 to 2 years of experience required. - Previous Charge Experience: Preferred - Travel Experience: Not required. **Certifications Required:** - BLS (Basic Life Support) - NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) - Missouri or Compact License **Certifications Preferred:** - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) **Skills and Work Settings Required:** - MS/Tele (Medical-Surgical/Telemetry) - Telemetry (on the unit monitoring) - Cardiac Telemetry - Neuro Stepdown - Interpretation of dysrhythmias - Management of dysrhythmias - Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response - Pre/Post Cardiac Cath - Sepsis, wound care, ETOH (Alcohol), SI (Suicidal Ideation), Renal Failure, AFIB (Atrial Fibrillation), GIB (Gastrointestinal Bleeding), Stroke, COVID **Skills Preferred:** - Cardiovascular: Sheath Removal - Gastrointestinal: Feeding tube care and management - IV therapy/Phlebotomy: Accessing Ports, Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management **Patient Demographics:** - Adults - Geriatrics **Additional Requirements:** - Must have both Kansas and Missouri or Compact License in hand at the time of submission. - Flu Vaccine is required (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only). **Other Requirements:** - EPIC Charting System experience is required. - Virtual Nurses, 12 lead EKG, AirVo, Voalte, Omnicell expertise needed.
