Quick Facts: Location: Hancock, MI (500 Campus Drive, ZIP 49930) Start Date: 08/06/2026 End Date: Ongoing / as needed Shift: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM Hours/Week: Flexible, based on scheduling Employment: Contract Certifications: Valid NY or MI State License and Nurse Practitioner Certification Experience: Prior emergency medicine experience preferred but not required Pay & Benefits: Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (note: typical pay package discussed upon application) Benefits Include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and reimbursement support Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated support team What You’ll Do: Provide emergency care to patients of all ages in a busy ED setting Perform assessments, develop treatment plans, and execute procedures as needed Collaborate with ED physicians, nurses, and support staff Manage an average of 36 patients per day Document patient care efficiently using Meditech EMR Support inpatient and outpatient services Participate in onsite orientation before the shift begins What You Need: Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Michigan or the state of practice Current certification in ACLS, PALS, and BLS Ability to treat patients of all ages Prior experience in emergency medicine is preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills About the Assignment: Join a well-equipped emergency department at a leading healthcare facility in Hancock, MI, known for its community-focused care and state-of-the-art services.
