What You ll Do

• Provide orthopedic surgical call coverage at a Level III Trauma Facility
• Manage cases including fractures, sports injuries, and general orthopedic conditions (no spine cases)
• Collaborate with orthopedic PAs and the surgical team in a digital radiology environment
• Handle emergency and non-emergency orthopedic cases during on-call shifts
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient encounters and procedures
• Support wound care and follow-up care in the clinic setting
• Communicate effectively with emergency and hospital staff regarding patient needs

What You Need

• Active and unrestricted MI medical license
• Board Certification in Orthopaedic Surgery by ABOS (or eligibility)
• Experience in Total Joints and general orthopedics
• Ability to perform confidently in trauma and outpatient settings
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Willingness to participate in on-call duties and overnight shifts
