Flexible hybrid work arrangements Collaborative culture Strong administrative and paralegal support Opportunity to work on high-value, meaningful cases Compensation and Benefits Competitive base salary commensurate with experience Performance-based bonuses Health, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) plan Job Details Defend insurance carriers and their insureds in a variety of litigated claims Manage a caseload from initial assignment through resolution, settlement, or trial Analyze coverage, liability, damages, and exposure to develop effective defense strategies Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, legal briefs, and other litigation documents Take and defend depositions of plaintiffs, insureds, experts, and witnesses Represent clients at hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trial Communicate with insurance carriers, claims professionals, and insureds regarding case strategy, evaluation, and resolution Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
