Medical Device Assembler – 2nd Shift

Shift: Monday- Thursday 3:30pm- 2am

Pay: $21- 27/hr - Depending on experience

What You'll Be Doing

As a Medical Device Assembler, you'll help build and package precision medical products in a regulated manufacturing environment. You'll work with a supportive team to ensure products meet the highest quality standards.

Daily Responsibilities

• Assemble and package medical devices according to detailed instructions and quality requirements
• Perform precise hand assembly and inspection of components
• Work in a cleanroom environment while following safety and quality standards
• Use basic hand tools, measuring devices, and production equipment
• Read and follow work instructions, diagrams, and manufacturing procedures
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Accurately document production activities using computer systems
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to maintain production goals
• Support continuous improvement and cross-training initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, production, or cleanroom experience preferred
• Experience using hand tools or measuring equipment is a plus
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accuracy
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Bonus Skills

• Medical device assembly experience
• Cleanroom manufacturing experience
• Microscope inspection experience
• Experience working under quality or GMP standards

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $27.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
