Title: Assembler

Location: Irvine, CA 92614
Pay: $22/hour W2
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

Job Description:

We are seeking a Medical Device Assembler to assemble and package medical devices in cleanroom and non-cleanroom environments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has good manual dexterity, and can follow manufacturing procedures and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and package medical devices following GMPs, procedures, and specifications.
• Perform visual and in-process quality inspections.
• Accurately document manufacturing data according to Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Identify and report product or process issues and deviations.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas, equipment, and tools.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE/gowning.
• Rotate between manufacturing operations and training modules as needed.
• Work scheduled hours, including overtime when required.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to follow written manufacturing procedures and instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity for precision assembly.
• Ability to pass a visual acuity test (20/20 corrected vision) and particulate matter certification.
• Must be able to work onsite and follow cleanroom/PPE requirements.
