Location: University of Denver.
Pay Range: $22.05 - $24.00 per hour (depending on experience).
Employment Type: Full-Time Positions Available
Shift: Monday - Friday 7am - 3pm

QDOBA is looking for a passionate and reliable Prep Cook to bring bold flavors to life in our campus dining location. If you love working with fresh ingredients and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, this is your chance to be part of a dynamic culinary team.

What You’ll Do:

As a Grill Cook, you’ll be responsible for preparing grilled proteins and other hot items that are the heart of QDOBA’s menu.

Your role includes:

Grilling chicken, steak, and other proteins to perfection.
Monitoring food temperatures and cooking times to ensure quality and safety.
Preparing hot toppings like fajita veggies, queso, and seasoned rice.
Following recipes and portion guidelines for consistency.
Maintaining a clean and organized grill station.
Assisting with prep work and restocking as needed.
Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on cooking, takes pride in their craft, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.
