On‑Air & Programming Pro — Creative Radio Host

Local Media San Diego, is searching for candidates to fill multiple upcoming On‑air and Programming positions within our station group. Must have a minimum of 3 years of full‑time on‑air experience. Ideal candidates will have a great attitude, work ethic and a fearless desire to win in a highly competitive market. Creativity and strong social media skills across multiple platforms are crucial and required. In addition to being on‑air, you will be responsible for preparing your daily show prep, studio board operation, audio editing, archiving material, working collaboratively with programming, promotion and sales departments, making appearances on behalf of the station and other assigned tasks as necessary. Knowledge of, and experience with NexGen or similar digital delivery system required. Bonus points if you possess strong imaging/production skills and are a creative writer. Extra bonus points if you’re a MusicMaster wiz. Huge opportunity with plenty of room for growth! We are a locally owned company, with a dynamic team, in the best market in the country.
