Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to assigned patients, including assessments, medications, treatments, and education
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor and respond to patient needs, reporting changes and concerns to supervisors and other team members
• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care, medications, and treatment plans
• Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
• Perform duties in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively

Registered Nurse (RN)Requirements:

• Current RN licensure in the state of:
• Experience as a Registered Nurse
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Demonstrated commitment to providing patient-centered care
