Bookkeeper/Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. This position is part-time, 2 days a week. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial report writing, accounts payable, and accounting software such as Xero and QuickBooks. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of the company's financial accounts Prepare financial statements and reports Handle accounts payable and receivable functions Perform journal entries and reconciliations Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes Process payroll accurately and timely Requirements Proven work experience as an Accountant or similar role Proficiency in accounting software like Xero and QuickBooks Strong understanding of financial statements and reporting Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Knowledge of budgeting processes Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience QuickBooks: 5 years (Required) Bookkeeping: 5 years (Required) Financial statement preparation: 3 years (Required) Organizational skills: 5 years (Required) #J-18808-Ljbffr Galapagos Rockford Charter School
