Work Environment\n

As a remote employee, you will work primarily from your home office with a flexible Monday to Friday schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments using standardized tools to evaluate clients’ mental health status and needs.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at addressing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Provide both individual and group therapy by employing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to deliver coordinated and comprehensive care tailored to the needs of each patient.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations to share insights and strategies that can improve client care and contribute to the overall effectiveness of our services.

• Engage in continuous professional development by keeping up to date with the latest research and therapeutic practices, attending workshops, and pursuing certifications as appropriate.

• Contribute to the ongoing refinement of clinical protocols and documentation standards to elevate the quality of patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be responsible for delivering care to a diverse range of clients, including adults and adolescents grappling with various mental health struggles. Our clientele often presents with complex issues, requiring a compassionate and skilled approach to therapy. By utilizing telehealth services, we aim to reach individuals who may have logistical barriers to accessing traditional mental health care, ensuring that everyone who seeks help can find a path to healing.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active license/certification as an LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) in California.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health counseling role that includes direct client interaction.

• Demonstrated ability to cultivate trusting relationships with clients and effectively communicate therapeutic concepts.
