We are looking for a Recruiter to join a fully onsite team in New Jersey. This contract opportunity is ideal for someone who excels at managing the full recruiting lifecycle in a fast-paced environment and is prepared to support staffing needs throughout the assignment. The role focuses on identifying strong talent, coordinating a smooth candidate experience, and partnering with stakeholders to fill openings efficiently.

Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, from intake discussions and sourcing strategy through interview coordination, offer support, and onboarding preparation.
• Build candidate pipelines for a range of openings by using proactive sourcing methods, resume review, and outreach to candidates with relevant experience.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing priorities, define candidate profiles, and maintain progress toward hiring goals.
• Oversee a high-volume flow of applicants while keeping searches organized, responsive, and aligned with business timelines.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and hiring activity within the applicant tracking system and related recruiting tools.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and communication to ensure a seamless and efficient experience for both candidates and internal teams.
• Support pre-employment steps such as background screening, drug testing, and fingerprint processing in line with staffing requirements.
• Use Microsoft Office tools to prepare recruiting updates, track activity, and manage day-to-day administrative tasks related to talent acquisition.• Demonstrated experience handling full-cycle recruiting in a corporate or agency-supported environment.
• Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage candidates with relevant experience across multiple channels.
• Background managing high-volume hiring needs while maintaining attention to detail and follow-through.
• Hands-on experience using an applicant tracking system to manage candidate workflows and documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office for reporting, scheduling, and general recruiting administration.
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills when working with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work fully onsite in Burlington Twp, New Jersey, and commit reliably through the duration of the assignment.
