Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Bring your expertise in speech-language pathology to a dynamic school setting for the 2026-2027 academic year. This exciting full-time contract opportunity is ideal for both experienced SLPs (CCC certified) and Clinical Fellows ready to embark on their careers. With six onsite openings across elementary schools, you'll make a real impact in the lives of students and become an integral part of supportive campus teams.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering direct speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload of elementary students
- Conducting evaluations, assessments, and developing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educational staff and families
- Implementing evidence-based interventions to address communication and language needs
- Maintaining thorough documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state requirements
- Participating in IEP meetings, staff development sessions, and contributing to a positive school environment
Desired background:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Minnesota SLP license (must upload license as PDF with application; dual certificate required)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but open to strong Clinical Fellows
- Previous experience in a school setting is valued, but not required for motivated CFs
- Excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit
Placement specifics:
- 6 full-time positions (one per school listed), Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours a week
- Start date: August 25, 2026 (with students beginning September 8th); contract concludes June 10, 2027
