Key Qualifications:

• Valid MN SLP license with dual certification required (attach PDF when applying)
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Open to CFs and SLP-CCC candidates
• Previous experience in school-based SLP settings preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to adapt to varying student needs and educational environments

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to students across assigned campuses (Northdale MS, Hamilton ES, Mississippi ES, Rum River)
• Create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families for comprehensive student support
• Maintain records and progress reports in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Foster student engagement in a supportive, inclusive educational setting
