Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a meaningful impact supporting students as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist in a dynamic school environment for the 2026-2027 academic year. Multiple onsite, part-time opportunities are available for skilled SLPs—including strong Clinical Fellows ready to launch their careers. You'll collaborate with a welcoming and multidisciplinary team serving varied caseloads across several schools, allowing for a diverse and engaging professional experience.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Minnesota SLP license with dual certification in good standing (PDF required for submission)
• CCC-SLP credential preferred; open to Clinical Fellows (CFs) with appropriate supervision
• Experience or practicum in K-12 educational settings is highly valued
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop, implement, and track progress on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide direct and consultative therapy services to students
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
• Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with district and state regulations
• Serve one or more schools (Northdale MS, Hamilton ES, Mississippi ES, Rum River) with varied weekly hour allocations (ranging from 0.3 to 0.7 FTE per site)
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to a positive, student-centered culture
